1. Digital Products - All Sales Final

KnowTheDeck sells digital products that provide immediate access upon purchase. Because these products are delivered electronically and become available to you right away, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital product and you agree that no refund will be provided.

2. No Cancellations

Because our products are one-time digital purchases rather than subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel after purchase. You retain access to the product tier you purchased in accordance with our Terms of Service.

3. Problems With Your Purchase

If you experience a technical problem accessing a product you have paid for, please contact us. While purchases are non-refundable, we want every customer to be able to use what they bought, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve any genuine access issue.
